Easy! We have a client portal that you will upload your content to. The link to this portal will be sent over right after your purchase has been processed.

We have a couple options to get content shot for your brand. You can either choose one of the existing packages that includes a shooter, or if you’re just looking to get a shooter out, you can reach out via our content form and we can set up a shoot date!

You’ll commit to paying a small monthly fee every month depending on the package you select. We offer annual pricing at a discount similar to your favorite marketing software platforms.

Getting your content created can take as little as 3 days after sign up or shoot day! Depending on the complexity of your project and rounds of revisions, we work fast to get you content so it’s fresh and ready for your audience to consume.

Shuttle is a product offering of Pour Agency to help beverage brands get content at scale that fits their budget. We understand that commercial quality isn’t always on deck, but consistent posting and engagement with your audience is key to growing your brand.

We include two rounds of revisions, just in case we don’t get it right the first time. However, we make this super easy so you can simply watch the video, pause where you’d like to make a change, and write your comment as if our editor is sitting next to you.

Sort-of! Your content can rollover up to 3 months after the initial delivery month. For example, if your scheduled to get 10 assets in January, you have until March to claim those assets. This prevents unreasonable buildup of content in our pipeline, which in turn makes sure all of our other customers are getting content quickly, as-promised!

For our monthly plan with existing content, you can cancel at any time with no cancellation fees. For our quarterly plan with a shooter, you must finish out the remainder of the three months before cancelling your plan. If you cancel your plan before the three months has completed, there is an early termination fee. For our annual plan with a shooter, you must finish out the remainder of the twelve months before cancelling your plan. If you cancel your plan before the twevle months has completed, there is an early termination fee.

After 14 days, and before any content has been delivered or before a shooter has shot on site, a cancellation fee (early termination fee) of 50% of the remaining balance of the contract applies. For example, if you cancel in the ninth month in a twelve month contract, you pay 50% of the fee for the three remaining months.
